The Lessons &amp; Carols on Christmas Eve are a fixed and beloved part of this long tradition. This year the choir is coming to the Grote Kerk! There has been a focus on an engaging programme featuring plenty of beautiful music, along with some creative interpretations of the nine ‘lessons’ using contemporary poems and stories. 
Of course, there will also be communal singing of well-known Christmas carols, even before the service begins. The church will open at 18:45. At the exit, there will be a collection for the Breda food bank. This is a collaboration between the Grote Kerk, Protestant Community Breda, and Kooracademie Breda.
