During the Breda Month of History, Filmhuis Breda presents an impressive nature documentary from our own country every Sunday, fitting within the theme ‘Naturally’. On Sunday 12 October, the acclaimed film Onder het Maaiveld will be screened.This documentary offers an urgent look at the climate crisis and the necessity for change in our agricultural practices. Farmers, consumers, and the food industry are challenged to fundamentally rethink their approach. Onder het Maaiveld invites us to literally and figuratively pause and reflect on what lives beneath our feet — a world full of life, potential, and solutions.After the screening, there will be a Q&amp;A with director Mark Verkerk, an experienced filmmaker with over 30 years of expertise in direction, camera work, editing, and scripting.
