Oud IJzer consists of five members, the backline of the band has been playing together since the late '80s and has played a wide variety of styles. From Soul, Funk, Disco to Blues, Rock and yes, the "levenslied" (life song) has also been featured. However, deep down, there was always a passionate desire to play solid Classic Rock. Simply because it's just great!
Oud IJzer plays classic rock covers. Of course, there are many rock gems from big bands to choose from. Oud IJzer limits itself to the repertoire of three legendary rock bands: Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin and Uriah Heep. This allows them to offer a nice mix of well-known super hits interspersed with some less famous, but no less legendary songs. Oud IJzer guarantees a night of solid rock.
